The visor of a goalkeeper helmet is made of strong steel and designed to protect your face from hard balls and sticks. During a strong impact, the visor may dent or deform slightly. This may seem unusual, but it is actually a normal and safe reaction: the steel absorbs the force and prevents it from being transferred directly to your face.
What is covered by warranty?
We are happy to help if there is a manufacturing defect, such as:
- cracks in the steel without impact
- broken welds
- mounting points that come loose
- rust forming within a short period of time
In these cases, the visor is not performing as it should, and we will take care of it for you.
What is not covered by warranty?
Damage caused by normal use, such as:
- dents from hard balls
- minor bending
- scratches
- deformation caused by a clear impact
This is part of using goalkeeper equipment and means the visor has done its job.
