Delivery via GLS
Verbunt Hockey ships all parcels via GLS. Orders shipped before 15:00 are dispatched the same day. The actual delivery time depends on the destination country. You will always receive a track & trace code once your parcel has been shipped.
Not at home? GLS will leave a notice allowing you to schedule a new delivery appointment or pick up the parcel at a GLS ParcelShop.
Tip: Have your parcel delivered to your workplace, family or friends if you are not home often.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the order.
Note: Shipping costs are currently higher than you may be used to. Due to significantly increased energy prices, transport and fuel costs have risen sharply, which directly affects the surcharges applied by parcel carriers. We only pass on the necessary costs and regularly review our rates to keep them as fair as possible.
Unavailable Items
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we clearly indicate this on the product page. If this becomes apparent only after your order, we will contact you personally by email or phone. We will ensure the item is delivered as soon as possible at no extra cost, or we will work with you to find a suitable alternative that is immediately available.
