Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within the legal return period. Below we clearly explain how this works.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Register your return easily via our online return form. After registration, you will receive further instructions by email.
The withdrawal period is met when you submit the form before the period has expired.
2. Conditions for Returns
- The product is unused, complete, and only tried on as you would in a store.
- Return the item in its original packaging, without stickers or tape.
- Always register your return first via the online return form.
- Return shipments must be sufficiently stamped.

3. Safety and Hygiene Products
- Hygiene products (such as mouthguards) can only be returned if the seal is intact.
- Products that are no longer safe or hygienic due to use cannot be accepted.
This is in accordance with Article 6:230p sub e of the Dutch Civil Code.
4. Depreciation
If an item has been used more than necessary to assess it — for example due to signs of use, damage, or missing parts — a depreciation may be applied.
We always assess this fairly, transparently, and with clear explanation.
5. Refunds
In case of full withdrawal, you will receive a refund of all payments, including standard shipping costs.
For partial returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.
6. How to Return a Product
- Register your return via the online return form.
- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
- Send the item back within 14 days after your registration.
- You are on time if you send the product before the end of this period.
